Major repairs:
New Clutch 70K (turned out this was clutch #3 for my supposedly well taken care of car).
Left rear bearing replaced @ 75K (it was ruined, and made it horribly loud inside).
Rebuilt front axles (instead of redoing the torn CV boots) @ 85K.
Timing belt replaced @ 91K.
Right axle replaced again @ 92K (what's up with those cheap remanufactured axles?).
F*cking left axle replaced again @ 101k (NEVER buy axles from Universal Auto Parts in Whittier!)
Rebuilt master cylinder @ 108k
Double F*ck! left axle inner and outer boots replaced. I screwed up the inner started to leak some grease so I bought the boot kit. Not that hard. I recomend it.
A/C compressor BLEW THE F*CK UP @ 119K
Holy shit, my water pump rotted. Didn't hurt the car but took two weeks of trouble shooting to figure out what was causing the car to run so hot. Couldn't believe it when I saw it.
Next:
-clutch and throw-out bearing (its real noisy)
-New ignitor.

How low can you go?

Why is it important to know how low you can safely go? Read the following story I recieved:
about a year ago, my neighbor bought a 93 CX w/ plans to do a swap in it. he wanted his car to be really low, and it was. it was so low that the front after market air dam was about 1/2 inch from the ground and i couldnt fit my shoe underneath the side. about 6 months ago, i noticed he got a 2nd gen integra. when i asked about the CX, it turned out he rode it w/o springs for about 4 months an destroyed the car....(continue)

Wanna see what a civic with no springs looks like?
I decided to find out the day I was putting in my shocks. I took out the springs and shocks. Cut the old bumpstop to one-third, and put the shocks only back in.
Check it out. The page it a little big, but worth it!
