RICH'S PIX for other web sites you can check out!!

HEY!! We ain't the only ones in cyberspace (as if you didn't know that already!!) Zillions of companies along with their Uncle Loolie are jumpin' on the bandwagon to grab a piece of the biggest fad around nowadays since the trendy coffee house!!

Everyday, new web sites are poppin' up from hither and yon! (In fact, web sites are being created as you read this!! YOW!!) We can't recommend you hit 'em all--and if you try to do--get a life pleez!! Nevertheless, we hand-picked these locations based on our interest, coverage, and just for the hell of it!! -- Ready??

The Museum of Television and Radio - This is a museum located in both New York City and Beverly Hills, California, that has over 40,000+ hours of radio and television broadcasts from the 1920's to yesterday for visitors to view and listen--everything from Lum And Abner to Sledge Hammer.

The Museum of Broadcast Communications - The "other" broadcast museum located in Chicago, Illinois. This museum has a larger collection of radio programming, along with 4000+ hours of TV shows, many that were based in Chicago, like Garfield Goose, Jack Brickhouse announcing Chicago Cub games, and Fayhe Flynn reporting the news. It also has a neat collection of early radio and TV sets.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences - These are the folks that award the Oscar each year for movies. They also do other things throughout the year, too!

The Academy of Television Arts and Science - These folks do the same as AMPAS (see above), but the focus is television, and award the Emmys each Fall for TV shows.

The Los Angeles Catholic Alumni Club - This is a local chapter of a nation-wide organization offering social and spiritual fellowship to single Catholic adults. Check out the History of the Los Angeles Catholic Alumni Club page, and say "hi" to my friend Marie Acebo.

The Academy of the Sacred Heart/Hardy Prep - Chicago, Illinois.
This is a private elementary school located on Chicago's near-north side. I spent my junior high school years at this place!

Evanston Township High School - Evanston, Illinois. I wasted four years of my teenage life at this public school! I didn't participated in school events, didn't go to any football or basketball games, and never went to the Prom! (Reason: WGN-TV was airing back-to-back, The Big Sleep and the Best Years of Our Lives on the late show, and I sure as hell wasn't going to miss that double feature!!)

Southern Illinois University - Carbondale. I spent more years at this college, finally graduating nearly ten years later than I was supposed to! The basketball team packed 'em in, but the football team wasn't anything to write home about!!

City of Minneapolis, Minnesota I lived in this burg for over four years. I had a nice place near Lake Nokumos and then relocated to suburban Brooklyn Park! It's great in the summer, but it's cold as hell in the wintertime!

City of St. Louis, Missouri. After moving from Minneapolis, I wound up here in the Gateway City, hanging around for four more years. The winters are a bit milder, and the summers are hotter than hell! (really!)

City of Los Angeles, California. I moved to this town a few years ago, where I remain to this very day! In spite of fires, floods, and earthquakes, it's still fun to be here!

Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) This is a government organization that arranges housing, vital supplies, and other social service in communities hit by natural disasters. This was the first web site that I was ever aware of!...Thought you would like to know.
